Can my child who is under 18 years old access the SLOW Lounges without an adult accompanying them?
Persons under the age of 18 years will not be permitted access unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years. SLOW reserves the right of admission and retains the right to deny access should they deem necessary.
How long before an international flight can I access SLOW International at the O.R. Tambo International Airport, International Terminal?
There are no time restrictions at SLOW International in the O.R. Tambo International Airport, International Terminal. The lounge is open 24 hours a day and qualifying guests can visit the lounge any time before a flight.
How long before a domestic flight can I enter the Domestic Terminal SLOW Lounges?
All qualifying guests can visit SLOW Lounges located in the Domestic Terminals 90 minutes before the boarding time of their departing flights.
When do peak time rules apply at SLOW Lounges?
Peak time rules are applicable for all SLOW Lounges located in the domestic terminals between Mondays–Fridays from 05:00–07:00 and between 13:00–17:30. Peak time rules are not applicable on Saturdays, but are in effect on Sundays from 15:00–17:30.

Peak time rules do not apply at SLOW International in the O.R. Tambo International Airport, International terminal.

I have an FNB Premier Card, can I bring a guest along?
FNB Premier cardholders are welcome to bring a guest along with each visit during off-peak times.
Can one enter SLOW International with complimentary FNB visits?
FNB Premier cardholders will be charged R400 per visit while FNB Private Clients, Private Wealth and RMB will be able to access SLOW International with their complimentary visits.
How can I keep track of my FNB complimentary visits?
FNB members can access the FNB App and navigate to E-Bucks > Airport Lounges to view complimentary lounge visit balances.
Can I pay to access SLOW Lounge and SLOW International?
Access to SLOW Lounge and SLOW International is only available to qualifying guests and cannot be purchased on a per-visit basis.
Can I access SLOW Lounge and SLOW International with my E-Bucks?
Access to SLOW Lounge and SLOW International is only available to qualifying guests. SLOW does not accept E-Bucks cards, nor can visitors purchase access with their E-Bucks.
Can I access SLOW Lounge and SLOW International with my spouse, partner or family member’s FNB card?
You cannot access SLOW Lounge and SLOW International with your spouse, partner or family member’s qualifying card.
Can I access a SLOW Lounge if I don’t have my FNB card with me?
Yes, you can access SLOW Lounges and SLOW International with a QR code that is generated through the FNB App. To access the QR code, navigate to the FNB App, E-Bucks > Airport Lounges to see if you have a complimentary visit.
I am a Platinum level member on Delta Airlines, does this provide me with access to SLOW?
We are strictly a third-party lounge for Air France/KLM/Delta. When travelling on Delta, access is only granted to Business Class travellers or those in possession of a Gold or Platinum Air France/KLM Elite or Elite Plus card. Your Platinum Delta card will be accepted on an Air France/KLM flight with one guest, however not on a Delta flight.
I am a Delta Platinum Medallion member with the following questions: May I bring a guest/s with me? How much does lounge access cost for guest/s who do not qualify for free access?
SLOW is an exclusive third-party lounge accommodating Delta passengers. Access is welcomed when travelling on a Delta Business Class flight (Delta one) (Please note no companion allowed). Select Sky Team members (Gold or Platinum Elite/Elite Plus cardholders) gain access when travelling on KLM or Air France. The lounge is strictly membership access only. (We do not accept any payment.)
May I take food and beverages with me when I leave the lounge?
All good things are meant to be savoured in the moment. At SLOW, we invite you to relax and enjoy our carefully curated offerings while you're here. Unfortunately, no food or beverage items may be removed from the lounge.

No, SLOW does not have designated smoking areas.
How can I book a spa treatment at Amani Spa?
Amani Spa treatments can only be booked at our front desk. On arrival at SLOW please speak to one of our hosts to book your treatment.
Do SLOW Lounges have shower facilities and hairdryers?
Yes, all SLOW Lounges have shower facilities. Only the SLOW Lounges at O.R Tambo International Airport, International and Domestic Terminals have hair dryers.
